Overview:

Our client is a leading hardware provider with its European HQ based in Dublin West. They are currently looking for experienced sales professionals with a preference to those with a background in IT. Candidates with experience in the insurance or general renewals will also be considered. You will be charged with ensuring that current service contracts are renewed at maturation and your ability to cross sell will also be important. This is a permanent role with long term career growth opportunities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

From installation to product retirement, warranty upgrades to self-maintenance, proactive care to 24x7 problem resolution, you can rely on our client's Services and our authorised service partners for all your hardware support needs. Managing an agreed set of Service Partners your role is to drive and support retention and growth of Support revenues in line with business expectations, undertaking education and business development planning as required in conjunction with field based Sales people and Business Managers within our client Services. Additionally you will work along side the ESSN Sales Teams to actively engage on key opportunities to drive incremental Services Revenues.

*Management of defined number of reseller partners
*Co-develop and deliver strategy to achieve goals (increase revenue, cross-sell, up-sell)
*Regular joint forecasting/initiative calls with resellers
*Education of channel partners
*Proactive end to end contract management
*Increase solution selling through customer intelligence
*Follow up marketing initiatives through outbound calling
*Engagement with our ESSN Sales Team to drive "attach" on key opportunities
